I accepted the trial and never received any agreement to purchase monthly supply. When I realized that the package I opened was more Colon Cure and not my husbands perscription from the pharmacy I called the #on the bottle. I was told I could not return the product. I spent more time on hold waiting for a supervisor only to be told again that there is no credit, too bad for me. I explained I could not afford this, I am the only one working in the family, my husband has health issues and practically begged for a solution. I was then told I could return one bottle but not both. I had been charged twice on my card. I only discovered this week this had occured. This company would not resolve my issue. I put the bottle in the mail as instructed and am to call in 24 hours with my delivery confirmation #. I am still stuck with an unopeded bottle and the charges.
