Skin all over my body broke out in hives and rashes.
My throat closed up os bad I can hardly breath.
My heart skipped beats many times.
I had to go to the doctor and was administered a shot to help relieve it so I can breath easy. My WHOLE face got inflamed and got so unbelievably dry and red and cracked and hurt to move a muscle and I went from thin sweet pretty to ugly than a blowfish. It was not only embarrassing but also very uncomfortable. It was a nightmare. I had smooth skin that now got bumps on them. My cheeks are not the way it was before.
I had spent close to $500 to detox from this "detox / Clease"
I called the number from infomercial and well... Months went by and I never received any package and thought the agent never confirmed the order, or somthething, and of course never wrote the number down. I never thought much about it for weeks as my card did not get charged so that's okay. Life got busy and I didn't feel a need to do a colon cleanse or anything. Then January I got a call from the agent that "Sorry, there was &blah& blah." I know I should have listened to my instinct and hang up but the salesman was persuasive and asks me tp try it for 30 days and guaranted money back etc. So I thought why not?
I should have asked what's the active ingredients... What they put in the pills and get back to them leater after my research. Because that's the catch. The bottle says take it for every 30 days. If you know anything, CASGRADA SAGRADA is HIGHLY addictive if taken more than 7 days, max 10 days, because your body gets used to herb acting on your body, it depletes your body of potassium and probably due to my heart skipping beats, and despite what you hear from Dual-Action Cleanse agents, the herb, if used is needed to use only once a blue moon. Also reactive because it is a highy toxic root that must be let aged for AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
Well, it seem it wasn't so, because even on the 2nd day, I showed symptoms as mentioned above plus several minors ones.in hindsight, a colonic (colon hydrotherapy) or colonoscopy is better, or get the actual cheaper version, which is Korean ginseng. While it may be I just have a strong reaction to the herb CG, and maybe it was something else they put in the pills. Maybe other people may not have a much of a rash, near-lung and heart failure as I did, but may there are some of you who have had, well, CAVEAT EMPTOR! BUYERS BEWARE
I should have hung up. I should have done my research. I should have listened to my instincts when I hear that they say you have to keep using it 1 month on, 1 month off and on again?! A good product, true herbal therapies you take it until you feel better, like cold therapy for a cold. You DO NOT continue to take it. I am trying to get my money back... But that's not a bright battle you see. Glad you are hear to read this and I got to share my experience with the company and the product and NEVER AGAIN. I called and the agent say, "Oh, I am not& to cpeak about that matter." and transfered me to her "supervisor" which I got a voicemail. I left messages I yet to receive a call back.

"Side Effects and Safety
Cascara sagrada should not be used for longer than 7 days in a row... Cascara or other anthraquinone-containing herbs should not be used by people diverticular disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, severe hemorrhoids, blood vessel disease, congestive heart failure, heart disease, severe anemia, abdominal hernia, gastrointestinal cancer, recent colon surgery, or liver and kidney disease.
