When I signed up I should have known something was up. I asked to make payments and she said she didn't hear me so she had taken it all out. She had also mentioned that they couldn't keep help around there was only one person that was still there from when they had started this up. I started laser therapy the next week. My first time when they lasered me they just went down one side of my body and didn't laser my face. (They are to laser both sides of your body and do parts on your face. She didn't have me wear the safety glasses that you are to wear.)
The next time I had went in they had lasered me the lady was very nice and explain she needed to go down both side and had me wear safety glasses. She had told me that I needed to talk to Dawna (Manager). I had explained to her that that the first laser that I had she only did half my body, plus the night I had it done I could not sleep for about 2 days. She said it was stress in my life. I had told her my life was just fine.
After the second laser I felt really weak. I felt like this for 2 weeks, so when it was time for me to get my 3rd laser I had called in and cancelled. That night I had chest pains and ended up going to the doctor. I have never had this feeling before. I am a little over weight but havent had any health issues. I had called Dawna the next day and told her what had went on and told her that my doctor recommended my not having therapy. She said it has nothing to do with your heart it just increases your matabilism. My doctor says if you increase this you are increaseing your heart rate. Dawna said she would call back.
I called her back 2 weeks later. She said she would not refund any or part of my money because I had decided to stop taking the therapy. I told her that my doctor had advised me not to take it. Then she hung up on me. I called her back and she hung up on me 3 more times. I am not able to talk to anyone about this because she answers the phone and will not let me talk to anyone else about this.

You figure out that it is not what it is cracked up to be. It is funny how they advertise only $8. A week for therapy. What a SCAM
