I sent for a free sample and when you call to try to cancel as requested no one answers they then ship you more of the product you don't want

I sent for a free sample and didn't realize they would be sending more. When I try to call I get put on endless hold and no one answers. I am putting my cancellation in writing and contacting my credit card company to refuse payment on this rip off.
