Better Business Bureau, Body of Change pats Body of Change with kind words in BBB Reliability Report screwed others too outlandish ripoff late fees consumer fraud ripoff

BBB writes about Body of Change on it's website www.phoenix. BBB.org/commonreport IT READS AS FOLLOWS:

The company responded to complaints by addressing the disputed issues and exhibiting a good faith effort to resolve the complaints satisfactorily. Generally, if within the Bureau's desired frame, a company resolves a complaint to a customer's satisfaction, or provides a meaningful specific response to a complaint, even if it doesn't fully satisfy the customer, it is considered to have provided a satisfactory reponse to the complaint.

How do you like that can of worms? Body of Change doesn't have to satisfy the customer's complaints because they got you hooked like a sucker on their fishing pole and the Better Business Bureau passes them through like a business that takes care of their responsibilities. Sounds like chums to me!
