Repeatedly Charged Account after being told to cancel.invalid contact information.internet

I signed up for a free trial offer and was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling. Two weeks later I was charged $40. A month later, I received a package in the mail with another 2 month supply of the tea. I had a charge on my account for $54.95. I tried to call the phone number on the box, which ended up being a random family's phone number. The only thing I could do was "chat online with a representative." I told the rep to cancel my membership and he assured me that he did. However, 2 months later I received another charge on my account without receiving any product. Do not buy this product!
