I ordered Smoke 51 because they had a free trial offer of an electronic cigarette used for smoking cessation. Because I am trying to quit smoking because of the high prices of cigarettes and for health reasons, I gave it a try. Right away, I was charged $9.95 for shipping and handling. About a month went by and I finally received my product. Two days later, I was charged on my debit card for $89.95 for a membership trial which I hadn't even had a chance to use. I tried to call their number to cancel and all you get is a recording which tells you to go to [email protected] to cancel your membership. An email comes back automatically that says they have already sent another shipment out and that I should return it with their RMA number and email them at [email protected]. I never received any product from them.
Two days after that, I was charged $29.95 for a monthly membership fee. I again tried to cancel by email and got the same email response from the last time, telling me that they already sent my shipment out. I am very upset that there is no human you can speak to, emails that lead to nowhere and money that just keeps coming out of my account. I have already contacted the BBB of Florida where they are located and the Criminal Complaints website for bad internet practices. I will contact my bank tomorrow to let them know to stop payments to them. The only problem is, now I am overdrawn on my bank account because of them, and all my bills are paid online, which means that I have to pay $25.00 to each account that got overdrawn. I AM SO MAD AT THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY! Maybe I'll contact the FBI next. Someone's got to stop them!!!
