In September I was contacted by Benefits USA regarding Health Insurance - when I was assured the product I was being offered was indeed Health Insurance I accepted their offer with the assurance that I could cancel. Within 24 hours I realized by making a second call that what they offered was benefits (payments to me rather than medical and hospitalization coverage) I told them I wanted to cancel immediately and not to charge my bank account. I was told that would happen. Within days I found out that there were 2 or 3 other places I had to call to cancel other "benefits" I had been signed up for without my knowledge.
Benefits USA still took $249.00 out of my account as a CHECK and have taken $99.95 every month since then. This is the only place I could find anything with contact information although when I called today it was not a working number.
My bank will stop future debits and can go back 60 days for me but that is still over $500 I have lost. If anyone knows a way to contact this company I would greatly appreciate it. When searching the internet a company with the same name comes up and they would like to know where to find tham also - it seems they have received many complaints for something they are not involved in.
