I placed an order for Vanity March 12. Healthy Right Now's confirmation email gave 7 days for delivery. After I didn't receive the Vanity within the allotted time, I sent them an email highlighting that I had found multiple "consumer complaintss" on this site and I expected to be contacted within 3 days with a confirmation of when my order was shipped.
Here's the entire message I received back "We have reshipped the order for Mon. Delivery". Needless to say, the order never showed up the following Monday. I sent a second message requesting a refund and gave them 5 days to complete it. It has passed the 5 days I gave them and still no response, let alone refund.
I decided to join the multitude of others who have documented their experiences with Healthy Right Now on this site. Next, I will file a formal complaint with the Tennessee Dept. Of Commerce. (I'd encourage others to do so as well.)
If a lawyer has already decided to start a class action suit on behalf of all those ripped off by this company, please feel free to contact me.
