Charged my account for $619.00 in May with no merchandise delivered. Phone and e-mail no longer answered

I ordered a bathroom vanity online from TargetDecor.com the end of May with shipment expected 7-10 days after the order was placed. When I did not receive the vanity, I checked my order status online to no avail. I called several times before getting through to anyone. I was told that the vanity had been backordered until July. July came and went with no vanity. I called and e-mailed again. This time I was told that the vanity had been backordered until September because the shipment was coming from China and was delayed in Customs.

At the end of September, I went online to check the status of my order. Much to my surprise, the TargetDecor.com Web site was no longer a working Web site, and I was redirected to FurniRush.com. After many returned e-mails and phone calls, someone finally picked up the phone. I cancelled my order and was told a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days. That was two weeks ago. I still have not received my refund of $619.00. All my e-mails are being returned and the phone goes to voicemail.

I urge anyone considering doing business with any of these companies to reconsider. You will most likely lose your money as I have lost mine. Stay away!
