WARNING: Do not use this company for any medication, prescription or non. Here is what they do; they ask you to fill out there order form with BMI (Body Mass Index) info. At the end of the order form is small print that indicates they will check with your doctor and determine if there is a prescription for the medication, however there is no where on the order form that indicates where you are to put your doctors info. So once you place the order the consumer is left to either wonder how they will contact your doctor or if you feel enthusiastic you contact the company and tell them what the doctor info is. That is what I did, I called them and gave them my doctors info, spoke to a customer service rep after staying on hold for almost 45 minutes. The order was placed and the call was made on 2/4/08. Today, 2/13/08 FedEx uplled into my driveway and dropped a box (USPS box). When I opened it up there where three bottles of some organic product. Now they tell you in the fine print that if they can't confirm your prescription they are going to send you an over the counter product BUT they never confirmed anything because I checked with my doctor. So the bottom line is I legitimately paid for Phentermine via credit card and had a legitimate prescription for it but I got some herbal over the counter stuff for the same price. Next step, contact Ct. Attorney General's Office and Postmaster General and FDA and Better Business Bureau.in the mean time do not waste your time, effort or money on any of these company's.
