I thought it was to good to be true, and it SURE WAS. The Salesperson told me I had 30 days to review the policy from the time it went into effect. When I received the policy I realized it was severely limited and NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
I tried to call the customer service number on the card, and got a recording for several days. I called number on my credit card statement and got a recording, I did leave a message asking to cancel and refund my money. The email addresses on the web site and on the brochure DON'T WORK!
I tried to call every day, and could NEVER GET THROUGH, when I finally did get through on the phone, the person I talked to was incredibly RUDE and INSULTING.By this my credit card had been charged again.
I then spoke to a woman who PROMISED me I would receive a FULL REFUND, including the "membership fee" within 30 days.
32 Days later I called and happened to get the same woman. Now she said I was just getting one month's refund (which I still have not received), even though she admitted she herself had promised a full refund!
Save yourself the time money and heartache... Buy a real policy from a real company
