I cancelled the automatic reorder within 7 days of free trial, via e-mail, they claim e-mail was not recieved and will not issure RMA# to return product "for full refund if not satisfied" as claimed under terms and conditions. This company tells you, "hey try our product for two weeks free just send 4.99 for shipping & handling." Beware, the two weeks includes the time you place you order and starts a 14 day clock. They take a week or more for the product to arrive at your residence. Now you have 7 days or less to evaluate their product. What I did was send an email stating to cancel my automatic order (on day 7 of the 14 day clock) as I would evalualte and place a new order, if I liked the procduct. On day 14 I have two unordered bottles in my mail box and charge for $78.98 on Visa. When you call and complain they tell you you didn't cancel in time and they didn't get my e-mail. Then I request a full refund because I am not happy with the product and they won't send an RMA #. They will not process any returned items without an RMA #. Next step for me is to call my bank and report fraudulent activity on my card. See what happens next.
