Promises Fast shipping. But 14 days later no product and won't return phone calls

This is their claim: "We promise to offer you only the best quality products available at the lowest allowable prices and most orders are shipped the same business day..

Over 99% of products are IN STOCK for IMMEDIATE delivery with the lowest prices GUARANTEED"

I have sent three e-mails and left two messages on their "too busy to answer" voice mail. If I go to their website it shows my order has been "processed", my card charged. BUT WAIT! Their idea of "processed" must mean to take your money and not deliver the product. They still have not offered me a UPS shipping number, don't return any of my inquiries.

BUYER BEWARE! This company does not live up to it's claim. My order should have been shipped On December 21st according to their claim. And as far as immediate delivery. Well you can figure that one out! I'd spend the extra few dollars (mine would be a whole $8.00) to make sure you actually receive your product and can have use of the product you paid for!
