I am a customer of the Perfector. When I purchased the unit at a tradeshow, I was told that it would replace Botox and increase my salon's revenues immediately. They promised me I would receive marketing materials and my name would be on their website. They sent me marketing cards, but they looked like a direct advertisment for their company... Not my salon. When I call to replace my gel, I sometimes call for days before there is a call back. Then when I fianlly do get a hold of someone, it is someone new that knows nothing. I am not impressed the the customer service or support. It always seems like a bunch of kids pointing a finger at someone else. I paid nearly $17,000. - minus a 30% discount for a machine the is only a year old. Now they are already selling me on a new upgrade comining out. I am not interested and would advise anyone looking to buy a unit to check out the other microcurrent machines for MUCH LESS. The additional money was not shown to me in results. Buyer Beware!!!
