As a former employee of these lunatics, I have seen and heard things personally and through associates and other former employees, that should make both prospective customers and owners alike run far away from these people and find a respectable company that isn't run by narcissistic sociopaths (and has equipment that REALLY works).
Not to say that these machines aren't quality equipment — they are. But not for 19 or 36 thousand dollars apiece. Not by a long shot. The "research" and "clinical studies" offered to those interested are fabricated. I know it on good authority that the majority of the pictures have been photo-shopped, and I have heard, on more than one occasion, from dissatisfied customers who have extreme difficulty extracting the kinds of results they see in the photos from the machines on a regular basis.
The training to use them, is only ONE DAY LONG per machine, and the manual is complicated at best — if not altogether convoluted. The thing is, there is really nothing that makes these machines any better from other micro-current equipment. They claim that the signal is "nano" or even "pico" amperage, but this is really just a simple re-naming of a level of electrical current, which is in the micro range (under 500 micro-amperes, as is all microcurrent equipment these days, after a 1986 study revealed anything over that to actually do harm).
If you request research (which they will claim DOES exist), you will be met with a bullshit story about how all the research that has been done as to efficacy and safety of the machines is proprietary, and reveals secrets about how the machines work. The truth is, there is NOTHING SPECIAL about the inside of this thing. It's a regular microcurrent machine that they purchase for as little as 4,000 dollars in the united kingdom. Then they dress it up with bells and whistles and beautiful "walking representations" — which is another word for weeding out the fat and ugly people so all you see is youth and beauty.
The entire thing is upselling simple, existing technology and claiming that there's something magic inside. I would talk more about the shady business practices and OUTRIGHT breaking of laws...
