United Protection Plan
Took $260.00 out of my bank account recieved no services / will not refund money

I was contacted via phone by above company for health innsurance. Took 159.95 out of my account and said they would send health care packet. Never recieved it so i could 3 times wonduring what the problem was. I canceled service and wanted refund. Then they took antoher 99.95 out of my account for 2nd months payment. They refuse to refund my money said it was postal error not their fault. Still have recieved no refund.
