I got a call about government grant for $12,500 and Health Works Health Care Plan. They were going to delivery a packet to me with information and a check for $100.00 and all I had to do was review the package depodit the check and the would only take $49.95 out of my bank account. And in 4 days I would recieve a deposit of $12,500.00. I received no package, no check for $100.00. I received a letter and a book of coupons that I have to pay to use. They did take $299.95 out of my bank account even though I cancelled per phone canversation with a Nicole in customer service.
After being hung up three times, placed on hold and hung up on and the useual we are closed right now our hours are from yadayada. Lies lies and more lies. Now they tell me it will be 6 months to get my refund — I have to follow refund procedures. They are going to send me another package with the information for getting my refund. HA! Ha! Also, one of the 3rd parties included in the package took $69.90 our of my account and they refuse to give it back. If there is a lawsuit going on against these theives plaease let me know where to sign up.
