My experience is almost identical to Trisha's (previous post).
It was all "Guaranteed"! The sales person told me they have to say it is not guaranteed in the paper work because of legalities and just incase it for some reason doesnt work for one person, they are covered. BS! The sales person will swear that it works everytime and that you "may have one here and there like normal" but that your Acne will be gone permanantely with the use of their Aramis laser! It is total BS and painful!!!
You will end up doing the following:
1. Paying between $3500. & $5000.
2. Driving there one - three times a month sitting in TRAFFIC for nothing.
3. After 6-8 times of making appointments, be told your getting a free bonus round of extra lasers which should be "over the top" in terms of getting rid of your acne. (all which is horse $hiT).
4. Then you will be told "If you are not acne free (which of course you will NOT be).. You will get the happy smiling face telling you that it is now medically necessary to let your skin "rest" and let it all take effect.
5. After months of frustration, fear that you blew so much money on smiling faces, calls that dont get returned, more and more verbal promises with no results... You will become even more frustrated than before you started.
6. Then you will get offered the "newly designed" Levulan with a big promise to deliver yet once again. Oh and by the way... Now you will have to take off MORE time from work! Levulan requires you to be inside for at least 3 days, your entire face will scab and you will have extensive pain. You will get one - two treatments out of the kindness of their hearts (more BS).. And guess what!? It will clear you for about a month... Then right back to the same routine.
Basically you pay for the illusion of hope for about a year and a half of your life... Wasting your time, money, energy, etc.
If you still fight them, you will then be referred to the infamous Kevin Di Cerbo.
This is where it gets legal and quite entertaining. Your basically told that nothing is guaranteed, its all in writing, you signed it... Which translates to "go $%^& yourself... And thanks for your money!"
He will then attempt to act as though you fell into a small 5 percent that was unfortunate and for some reason or another (might as well pray to mars) it didnt work for you. And then turn on the "business foggy clown suit" and make it look like your going to get a deal... A STEAL in fact... Because he is now going to offer you some small monetary refund (might as well ask for a 100$ gift card, or a month of McDonalds, or hey. Maybe even a year paid prescription to Pro Activ?) LOL, he would probably do it.
If you talk court talk, he will tell you that people that have taken him to court have all lost, and that the judge will tell you there is no case, you signed this you signed that. If you have already made the mistake of paying these people for services, I suggest you do your research on the laser's, products they use and give you to use at home, read your paper work and contact an attorney, dont try to file this one on your own, Kevin knows the dance.
If you have not hired them for services DONT DO IT!
Bottom line, DONT DO IT. This is only in reference to the Acne treatments. I can not comment of hair removal or lines, wrinkles, etc.
PS. Dont do LaserHQ either. Their "smooth beam" laser might as well be pointed at your @$.
