Ripoff bait and switch scam on Package deal pressure to sign contract breach of contract false advertising Pasadea

I visited Celibre only because I got a coupon from radio station, KBIG for a discount on a "package." When I checked out the website and arrived @ the Pasadena location, neither one could provide case studies on their laser's success w/wrinkles. They pressured me to sign a contract for many extra treatments, at a high price, that they give to acne patients (I found out later-not designed for wrinkle treatment)! It got to the point that that the medical consultant (not a Dr. Making this decision as indicated on the website) ran out of the room yelling, "she won't sign the consent form!" In fact, there was no supervisig Dr. On the premises. They got me to sign the contract in 2 payments.

They gave me 2 rushed treatment of 12 and 13 minutes (not 20 as website states) in a 3 week period. For the first treatment, the laser was on so low it was totally ineffective. The "nurse" said the treatments were short because..."you have a small face!" I called to complain after the 2nd ineffective treatment and was told I'd get a call back soon. That didn't happen. I had the right to expect a response to my complaint per the agreement I signed. I called back a week later and was told the location had closed permanently after being open less than 3 months! I believe that they knew they had problems when they took my money in late December. Now, I can't get a refund and they expect me to travel 30 to 50 miles to one of their other locations, which I never agreed to.

After my second treatment, I was told that the doctor was in the office and I was rushed through an appointment with a bug eyed woman, not the doctor shown on the website. She made a change to my "contract" that I did not agree with, changing the lasers I was to receive. The "nurse" who did the treatments, changed the facial products I was to receive only minutes after I signed the contract, which voids it, but Kevin DiCerbo, who is the manager insists that I now owe them $1,800 for the 2 treatments I didn't fully receive. He has taken to name calling in emails he's sent to me and I chose to work with my credit card company and the legal system. This business has lost several lawsuits against them. I'm afraid they are going to go out of business soon and/or file bankruptcy.
