Took money from my checking account

The company was supposed to send a bottle to try for 2 weeks free. On the third day of my free trial they took $49.95 out of my checking account. I called them and sent the bottle back. Two days later they took an additional $58.93 out of my account. They e-mailed me I would get a refund. No refund was received and they won't answer my calls or e-mails.
