I ordered there product "20 minute facelift" free trail only paying S&H charge of $4.79 by check, but on the computer, if I didn't like it I could mail it back (even an empty bottle) but I mailed back 3/4 of the bottle because it wasn't right for my oily skin type. They charged me the $44.95 in March (27th.) It was March 10th. They deducted the$4.79 from my acc. Then on May 9th. They deducted another $53.93 and again on June 12th. Then again on July 17th. They deducted another $53.93.
I NEVER recevied any products, only the one bottle of the "20 minute facelift" that I did return. I have e-mailed them several times and called them and left messages to call me back, I recevied one e-mail from them saying I was cancelled, I e-mailed them back asking what was I suppose to be getting for $53.93 and that I want my money back.
I told them I am on SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY & S.S.I. They didn't seem to care. My daughter balances my checking account for me every few months is why this RIP-OFF wasn't noticed sooner, plus my bank charged me $22.00 three times because of overdrawn charges because of these people (MOMENTUM DIRECT) and now I am behind on two of my bills because of this.
