I order a prescription in March 24 and paid extra for the 2 day delivery as of today 5/4/07 I have not received my prescription and they won't refund my $269 for the prescription or send me the prescription. I have emailed them 20 times and they keep saying the prescription is back ordered and they can not refund my money because the prescription is in the process of being shipped to my house.instead of 2 days it has been 1 month and 10 days.
I reported this to my credit card company and I hoping they can cover it or go after them. I was thinking about reporting to the Attorney Generals office of California. The phone number above is disconnected and the other phone numbers they gave me below are perpetually busy day and night unable to get anyone on the phone.
