Ordered prescription phentermine and received cheap non prescription Phentreamine but same charge

Ordered prescription Adepex 37.5 / Phentermine but received non prescription Phentreamine for same price - never notified that I was not getting what i ordered and would receive a non prescription substitute. I would have refused or cancelled order immediately. My credit card was billed the prescription charges... Feel i am entitled to refund and will gladly return product - unopened
