I purchased the trial offer on the 24 march. I received them 9 days later. When I tried the diet pills they seemed to burn my stomach. I tried then again the next day the same thing.
I waited a few days tried them again. So I tried to calll the company only to be on hold for hours at a time. They suggest you leave a call back number and they will call you back which never happened. Finally Monday after EAster I decided to call and stay on hold until someone answers.
I waited 1 hour and finally I got a representive who told me it has been 15 days and I could not get a refund a new package has already been, even if I sent it back I was not able to get a refund. She went on to quote the law and they had the right to charge me and not refund my money even if I was not happy with the product or refused the package that has just been mailed.
When I told her that I couldn't take the pills because they burned she said that was because there was so much caffine in them and they were working on that and if i wanted I could try a new pill that she could offer me. When I said I husted wanted a refund she said No I asked to talk to a manager who was also quoting me the law and then offer me half of my money back. But she reminded me that she didn't have to do that and I could take it or leave it I haven't received andy credit as of yet.
