I ordered a trial size bottle of diet pills ($3.95) from My Diet Patches. The site seemed legitimate. Attractive site, many testimonials and so on. Received the trial size. A few days later I noticed a charge on my bank statement for $169.95. I e-mailed MDP and told them to refund my money because I hadn't ordered any more pills and didn't want any more and they said "We can refund $79.00 of that and when you receive the package just refuse it and return it. Then we'll refund the rest.
Give it 5 to 15 business days to show up on your statement." I told him no I just want the money put back. After several more discussions with different people there I ended up waiting for the package, promptly sent it back unopened. They did not refund $79.00 as they promised. They have given me false information as to where to call and who to e-mail. They would not put a name on their correspondence or tell me any info about the business. I called my bank today and told them the situation. I had called my bank when this first happened but I thought I would give the company a chance to take care of the problem. Today I made one last attempt to get a refund. The man I talked to at Simpligada gave me a number to call at MDP and being that number is on Central Time I can't call until 11:00 here. I will send updates until I get my money.
