I accepted a free offer of Lipoplex for the cost of shipping only. A month later I received more pills in the mail from Steel Bridge Medical. Without opening them I wrote return to sender on the package and mailed them back because I knew I had not ordered more. When I saw a charge for $99.95 on my credit card I called them and spoke with a very rude person and was told that by accepting the free offer I had became a member and would receive additional pills every 60 days.
When I explained that I was unaware of this and that I had returned the merchandise I was told that they did not offer refunds so it didn't matter if I had returned them or not. The person that I spoke with must have had many calls complaining about the same thing because she knew exactly what to say and was so rude and condesending that I could not believe that a person was speaking to me like that. She said that she cancelled my membership but I would not be getting a refund.
