I "signed up" for health insurance on March 5. The company immediately charged my credit card account with $252.00 ($135.00 non-refundable admin fee and first month's premium of $177.00). I signed up with a guy named Lynn.
I was told by JR that I would have my policy by March 15 and I would be covered as of March 15. Here it is — March 19 and I STILL do not have my policy. I keep getting a message and no one seems to want to answer the phone. I have asked my credit card company to refund my money - both the $135.00 and the $117.00. If it hadn't been for my reading this web site, I would have never seen this!
