Ripped off my money. They keep charging my account 20.95 every month. I never recived any thing but a headache. Ripoff

I placed a order for my husband and never received it. They E-mailed him saying they recevied the order. However we never got any thing. Now this month I was charged 20.95 again. I have tried to call Too many times only to hear your call can't go through at this time. And the one time that it did I was on hold for ever.
