I ordered and received an ititial 30 day supply of CigArrest in late November and cancelled fruther shipments by phone on December 7. No further shipments were received, but my debit card was charged $39.95 on January 3.
I am unable to speak with a representative by calling their customer service number listed, as the ststem is entirely automated. Since reaching someone by phone proved impossible, I sent a comment to their website (January 22) to which there has been no reply.
Lastly, on February 5, I wrote to the company address shown on the booklet which was enclosed in my order requesting a refund, and have received no response to date.
I will be contacting my bank first thing tomorrow to dispute this fradulent charge.
