Charged my debit card without authorization ripoff

I ordered a 30 day trial supply of phentrzine. I was told all I had to pay was shipping cost in the amount of $4.95, which I was charged. Two weeks later two drafts of $149.95 was charged to my debit checking account. Which has caused an overdraft. I have never had an over draft. I called and left several messages to get the charges reversed but no one returns my calls. I can never talk to a human being. Please help me.
