I placed an order from Primapharmacy on 12/25/06 but decided I didn't want the product so I promptly cancelled the order on 12/30/06. Their cancellation policy states that orders may be cancelled before shipping and when I checked my order status that day it had not been shipped.
I've emailed them countless times but the only way you can do it is from their site with an automated contact form so I don't actually know what their email address is. Anway, they've never responded to any of the emails I've sent and they've yet to issue a credit on my credit card statement.
They list no address or phone number so they pretty much have you shafted as far as contacting them.
As of today, February 2 I've yet to receive any communication from them regarding my refund. I've contacted my credit card company and I'm in the process of filing a dispute.
I will not rest until I've received a credit for the $178.95 they charged me! I found this awesome website when I was researching Primapharmacy and I've also contacted the BBB.
I will continue to report this incident to everywhere possible so others won't get ripped off!!
