I was foolish enough to give my credit card to a polished looking website called PrimaPharmacy.com - It has been a nightmare everyday since. These people have more excuses than they do Customer Service Agents! I was told after a 2 hour hold with mindnumbing music and a voice telling me how important I am to them that there were only 2 people taking the calls and one was not in!
This happened at least 7 times. My cellphone bill should be reimbursed as well as my $202.44 which they blatantly stole. This has been months and now they do not even answer the phone.
Whatever you do - do NOT get involved with these crooks ever!
They will give me back my money - I will not rest until this is made right!
