Never received product. USPS claims to have deleivered product. I never recieved. Medfinity reshipped and filed claim with USPS. Sent me an email a month later telling me that I was being charged for the replacement. Credit card shows that I was charged 6 days prior.

I was never told of possibilty of being billed again; until, this had already happened. I was also never given the opportunity or choice to return the product. What person, in there right mind would pay almost $ 300.00 for a $ 80.00 item? Customer service is a joke. The phone is only an answering machine; any person buying from this company should beware. As another example of this companys miscommuniciation, they stated in there reply, "that a USPS postal inspector came to the house", "several times". They infact did not; they called once and left a message. To which I returned that evening and then the next day when they were open. I will end up taking this to small claims.
