I put my prescription in on 12/14/06 in order to get 2006 rates on my insurance. Today is 1/9/07 and I still have not received it. I have had several people on the phone tell me it is in processing and it is on the way and I still am without my insulin. Because I have called so often Walgreen's has grown tired of my telephone calls and has put the fault on me. My insurance company will not do anything because they say Walgreen's is at fault. No one at Walgreen's seems to care that they have not dispensed my insulin and no one is trying to straighten out the problem.
