I ordered from this company on 11/1. They charged my bank account $139 the very next day and sent me a confirmation that my order had been shipped. On the website it states that the order will be received in 4-6 business days (liars) After two weeks I contacted them stating that I had not received the shipment. It took them two days to get back to me and they said the shipping was taking up to 28 days to get to my area. After a month, I contacted them again. They stated that several people had the same issue and they would reship. On January 2nd I received my order. It was the wrong order. I immediately contacted them and asked them for a refund. On the website it clearly states that if the customer is dissatisfied with their order or they did not receive their order they would provide a full refund. They sent me a refund request form, I filled it out and sent it back and asked them to keep me posted on when my refund would be hitting my acct. The next day I received the same refund request form and they asked me again to fill it out. (talk about unprofessionalism) So, once again I sent them the completed form. About an hour later I received this error message in my email -

I went to my bank that night and apparently they cannot do anything about this. I am filing a report with the better business bureau and I suggest you all do as well. The more complaints they get, the more they will do about this criminal behavior. I can see I am not the only one that has had horrible dealings with this company. I expect a full refund asap. It is ridiculous that I had to wait as long as I did for my order (over two months) and then received the completely wrong medication. When should I expect to see my refund back in my bank account? Please do it immediately, or I will be forced to take further action.

After all the emails sent back and forth between myself and your company and the 2 month waiting period to actually received my order, I FINALLY received a package from your company and it is THE WRONG MEDICATION. I received something called!!! If you see my order details below, that is not what I ordered. I also received no instruction on how to take the medication, nor was there a receipt of purchase.
I will no longer be doing business with your company. Please re-imburse my bank account ASAP or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with the events that have occurred since November 1st when I originally contacted you with an order. The amount that is owed to me is $139.00. Please notify me that you did indeed receive this email and that I will be reimbursed the full amount due to me. I have put my order details below.
