In May I made a purchase from www.phenterminehome.com for the diet pills-phentermine, I did not receive my phentermine, said they could not find this address.
Then a charge of $133.00 was credited to my credit card, I thought they would automatically take this charge off, but they didn't.
Later, I contacted them to request a refund on my credit card statement. They said it would be on the next billing statement. Well, I waited and the charge was still on there.
So, I contacted them again, and they said it would be off of there in two-weeks, I waited and called back and they still did not take it off, by then it was too late for me to do something about, because it had done been over a month, and I could not get my credit card company to take the charge off
I should of called my credit card company first, but I was to believe they really would refund my money.
Every time I called, they kept putting me off, I even told them I was going to take legal action. That didn't scare them. I have tried to get my money back since May.
