I ordered Phentermine (90) pills, used my debit card (Visa), they took $64.98 from my acct. 1/25/08. I cannot reach them

I ordered Phentermine 37.5mg (90) pills, on 01/17/08. It stated that they would take the money from my account only when the order was ready and they would notify me of tracking for the order. On 01/25/08 they took the money from my account. I never did receive an e-mail or a tracking number.
On the day of my order I printed out the Order Summary for order number 2709158. The order was as follows:
