I canceled my subscription on 10/23/06 requested a refund for the product. My credit card was not credited. Then they sent me another order charged my credit card another 107.00 and will not send me a return number so I can send it back to recieve a refund. I canceled and they sent it to me again. I tried to call the customer service number and it tells me to go to the website, I go to the website and they say that my e-mails will not go through, so I have no way to reach this company except by mail which doesnt help to keep the order from coming. This has put my credit card over the limit so I now have to pay the overlimit fee and pay for return postage and their restock fee.
I am so frustrated I don't know what to do or how to do it. All I want is to be refunded and to be canceled.
