Charge me for a service that I had already canceled

This website charge me a fee of 49.95 dls a membership service that I had already canceled, and they charge me again without even sending an email confirmation, When I tried to contact them explained to me that I should not be worry about that, because the service would be canceled and they credited my card again, and cancel that amount from my credit card, and they failed to do, because the day after the charge appeared on my credit card, when I contact the agency for the credit card I had to explain that to make a complaint in writing and I should change as soon as possible the number of my credit card and they assured me that Fling.com not return the amount, so I tell those who care to attend this website in order to avoid this kind of nuisance
