The sames thing happened to me when I tryed the 14 day trail free and a couple weeks later noticed that my credit was charged for $78.98 and wondering why, and I sent them an email and they told me it was a memebership that I subscribed to and I would be receiving bottles in the mail and when I received them put a big sticker on it stating (return to customer, canceled membership).
I canceled the membership and went into disputes with my credit card company. My credit card was unable to refund me the money because I canceled my membership the same day my credit card was charged and was told to go back to the merchant, which I did and they told that there unable to give me a full refund because I dispute and it cost them $30.
Either way I have a $78.98 charge on my credit card with NO product and not getting anything out of it.
