AmericanRX sent my order but it contained all wrong items; it was like my order was fulfilled by a monkey grabbing boxes. They had charged my account $40.12. It took 4 attempts to reach them by phone. I was always the third caller who they never got to.
They agreed to send me a mailing label to return the items, but it never came.
It was too difficult to reach them by phone, so i emailed them. They did not respond. I emailed them 3 more times only to be told that they were referring the matter!
Refer this: Just send me a return mailing label. They refused to respond after stating that they would refer the matter.
The worst part is I took my business to DariusMall, only to find out that is another name under which they do business.
