My visa account was charged but product never shipped. Won't respond to any inquiries, unable to reach by phone.internet

Order was placed in November. Visa account was charged for full amount.
Items never shipped.

Account status always reads "being processed". Unable to reach by phone and won't respond via email. Have emailed three times asking for status via their website to no avail.
