I placed an order for diet pills and did not read all the print.
I then receive an e-mail from Direct Pharmacy saying that they did not get approved by my physician and that they would be sending me a substitute product.
I sent an e-mail telling them to cancel my order. I did not order from them to get a substitute product.
I received no response from Direct Pharmacy/directdietpills.
Today I open my bank acct. Statement and find that there are two charges from Directpharmacy of Luxembourg, LU. One for $9.95 and one for $93.00. I went on line to send them an e-mail disputing the charge and when I logged into Google up came Usa Consumer Complaints.com. When I clicked on your site I could not believe what I found. This so called company is just a phoney site to rip people off. I never received any "Product" of any kind from these theives!
BEWARE! I have been ripped off for the last time. I will Never again order on line! This is the second time I have been taken.
Also, I have been ripped off using my debit card in Hondouras.
