Me and my girlfriend wanted to work out a little bit. So we decided to go to Bally's and not knowing any of this horrible news about them before hand I joined. Signed up for a 6 week "free trial" we had to pay $75 for the first month after the free trial and sign a "waver" if we get hurt in the gym.
After all was said and done and they gave us the tour he gave us a folder and we went home, figuring it was just advertisements and what not I didnt look at anything in it, figuring I didnt sign anyhting that needs to be looked at, about a month and a half later I have come to find that I had been signed for 3YEARS at $2200.00.
NBC10 and many others are helping me and I have created a website to post your complaints need some publicity for it so if you have time visit I would really appreciate it. I hope myself and everyone else gets their problem resolved soon.
