Cindy called me and told me of the ppo networks they were in and she lied to me. None of my doctors were in none of this. I could not get on there web site till i got the plan i then seen that ms. Was non refund, i talked to memeber services her name was wendy she was very mean to me she said i will not give you youre money back, they should have told me that, all of them that work for this company know all the states that are not refund i got the plan on 6-26-06 and the next my dr. Took some tests on me i have to have back surgery, i lost my job, so i had to keep my cobra ins. At 380.83
If they would have told me the truth about the states i would have never taking this, i cannot not use this so please help me get my money back i am unemployed and have to have surgery in sept-06 i told wendy that i was going to report her and she said go ahead they cannot do nothing to me.
