We purchased a cal spa hot tub less then 5 years ago.in the first 6 months the lid started sinking in. We had a 5 year extended warranty on the tub and the lid. We Contacted cal spa We have a letter from cal cover stating that the cover is not made for outside use. We made several attempts to have the lid replaced while it was under the warranty but were told it was not their problem and to go to the place of purchase. The place of purchase stared it was cal - spas problem. We contacted cal-cover who told us that the cover provided with the tub are made for indoor use only. We had been complaining to your company about it for over 4 years. It had an extended warranty of 5 years and neither cal spa nor Watson's of Indianapolis would take care of the problem. Statistics show that 90% OF HOT TUBS ARE OUTSIDE. We complained to everyone... You sent us to them and they sent us to you etc... They even have people who will drag you along by saying that they will help and then they don't fallow through. As you will see from past complaints on this site, they will have a rebutle to this complaint, but it is all customer service crap! If they handled complaints as accurately as they claim, they wouldn't be mentioned on this site. Stay away from this company! U.S.A.
