This company seemed like the real thing and they have all these documents on line to verify the product. I ordered the product on line on May 19th and received the shipment on the next monday. I thought that was very good until I tried to contact the company and return the product Hoodoba. The first person I spoke with at the company would not even talk to me. She said that I would need to write an e-mail to the website that I ordered the Hoodoba from to get a return Id # from the website to ensure that my package was returned the correct way. I e-mailed the company for 4 days with NO response. So I then called the same number I had before and the girl that answered in customer service go a return # from her supervisor and I thought all was well. I shipped the package UPS and got my delivery verification # and called the company back in two weeks like the girl said. Now they don't have any record of my package being sent back and won't return my money. I have contacted the B.B.B. And they told me to contact the F.B.I. And the Postal Inspectors. My attorney is doing that as we speak. I am so glad that I read another report about this company on this site and got to the bottom of this and now maybe I will get my money back.
