This company offered a 10 day FREE trial of their product for $9.95 S & H. I received the product, tried and decided I did not want to keep it. I called them (after 4 days) and got a cancellation confirmation # and an RMA# to return the product. 2 days after that I returned the product via UPS.
Then all of a sudden I receive a charge for $79.95 on my credit card. I call to find out that the package did not arrive WITHING the 10 day trial period. How could I POSSIBLY receive it, try it AND return it all within 10 days? It WAS shipped within the 10 days.
They are refusing to refund the money or even return the product to me (they received the package when UPS delivered it).
I have had to cancel my credit card and file a police report. The Company Rep's response?"Sucks to be you".
