Ripoff Placed order, did not receive for 1 month, so cancelled. Have not reimbursed my Visa. Ripoff

I placed an order with rxbo and after one month of receiving nothing, I cancelled my order. Their website shows my order as cancelled, however, after repeatedly asking for my Visa to be reimbursed, they have never responded to that enquiry.

They are ripoff and never order anything from rxbo.com
